The cost will depend on the size and complexity of the job. We use only top quality products for durability and value for money. After we inspect your roof we will prepare a detailed written quote – usually within 48 hours – outlining the recommended solution, scope of work and costs. All quotes are obligation free.

Most restorations take 2-5 days to complete depending on weather, roof size and amount of work required. We will cause minimal disruption during the process and once the job is complete we will leave the property spotless with all waste removed.

Yes. We treat leaking roofs as urgent because even small leaks can cause big internal damage if left unattended. We can often attend same day in emergencies. If you suspect a leak call us now so we can stop the damage and do the repairs.

For emergencies we can start work immediately. For non urgent work we generally schedule jobs within 1-2 weeks but we can be flexible to fit your timeline.

Safety is number one on every job. We comply with WorkSafe Victoria regulations, use scaffolding, handrails and harness systems where required. Our staff are trained in workplace safety to protect our workers and your property.

Yes we are licensed to remove asbestos safely. All asbestos removal is done in accordance with EPA standards and WorkSafe Victoria’s occupational health and safety codes. Once the material is removed and the site is clear we provide a Certificate of Clearance for your records.

We require a 10% deposit to book your job. Depending on the scope of work progress payments may be required during the project. The final payment is due once the job is complete to your satisfaction.

Yes. For your peace of mind we have $20 million public liability insurance and full WorkCover insurance for all our tradespeople. This means our clients and our staff are fully covered in the unlikely event of an accident.

Yes. Once the work is done we clean up by removing all old tiles, roofing iron, rubble and debris from your property. We leave your home tidy so all you’re left with is a strong restored roof.
