We work with terracotta tiles, cement tiles, Colorbond, zincalume and flat metal roofs. Our services also include: re-coloring, re-sealing, de-mossing, pressure cleaning, re-pointing, replacement of broken tiles & guttering. We are reliable, on time and provide you with the best service and quality products available.
How do I organise a quote?

Where abouts do you work?
We mainly service the south-eastern suburbs, Dandenongs and Yarra Valley as well as the greater Melbourne area.
Are you qualified to do this work?
Yes, all our tradespeople are qualified roof plumbers and roof tilers and we are also registered Building Practitioners. Eastern Melbourne Roofing has a CM3 qualification which covers all health and safety requirements. We are also members of the HIA (Housing Industry Association) and Master Plumbers Association of Victoria.
What is your guarantee?
We offer a 10 year workmanship and material guarantee. All plumbing work is guaranteed by the Plumbing Board of Victoria and all customers receive a certificate of compliance from the Plumbing Board.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the work required. We use the best products on the market to provide you value for money. One of our friendly estimators will come to you, obligation free, to assess your requirements. Once a site inspection has occurred, you can expect to receive a detailed quotation within 48 hours outlining the recommended course of action and the associated costs.
How long does a roof restoration take?
You can expect a roof restoration to take anywhere between 2-5 days, depending on the weather conditions and amount of work required with minimal inconvenience to the home-owner. Roof repairs and restorations can be messy however at Eastern Melbourne Roofing, we pride ourselves in cleaning up after the job is done!
Can you help with a leaking roof?

When can you start?
In cases of emergency, we can start immediately, otherwise if not urgent we can start anytime from 1-2 weeks or whenever suits you.
What safety measures do you put in place?
We follow the WorkSafe Victoria Guidelines, therefore all our jobs comply and safety measures taken include handrails & scaffolding.
Do you remove asbestos?
Yes we do. All works are conducted in accordance with the E.P.A. (Environmental Protection Association) as is the case for codes of practice for OHS and WorkSafe Victoria. We ensue that any dangerous materials are handled with the greatest of care. A Certificate of Clearance is provided to the homeowner at the completion of asbestos removal.
When do I pay?
We require a 10% deposit and depending on the job, we require a delivery (progress) payment and the balance is payable upon completion of work.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, as we work for a number of large companies, we have $20 million public liability and full Work Cover insurance for our tradesmen.
Do you clean up when you are finished?
Yes all rubble, debris, tiles, roofing iron is removed from site – we do a total clean up!
